Ingredients

100% grass-fed beef tallow, jojoba oil*, rosehip oil*, argan oil, castor oil*, arrowroot powder.

  • Rosemary Tallow Face Cream is scented with the essential oils of rosemary and Tulsi basil.
  • Rose Tallow Face Cream is scented with the essential oils of rose absolute and rose geranium.

How to Use

Apply a small amount of cream on clean face and neck. Best if used over moist/misted skin, and our Ethereal Face Tonic is perfect for the job. Allow the cream to absorb for a few minutes before applying makeup.

Patch test on a small area to ensure that there is no allergic reaction.

How to Store Your Tallow Skin Care

  • Because we do not use preservatives in our tallow products, care must be taken to avoid introducing any moisture into the product. To extend shelf life and avoid contamination, use clean and dry hands or a small spatula to scoop the product from the jar.
  • We recommend storing the product away from heat or direct sunlight to prevent melting. In case it melts, simply let it solidify again at room temperature. The whipped texture will turn to a salve consistency, but this does not affect the quality or usability of tallow products. We do not recommend storing our whipped tallow products in the bathroom as the frequent changes in temperature and humidity can deflate the whip and potentially introduce moisture into the container.
  • To extend shelf life, our tallow balms can be refrigerated. This, however, can result in a gritty texture, which is harmless and disappears when tallow touches your skin. This is not a product defect; this is the way an unadulterated natural substance (tallow) reacts to temperature changes.

If stored at room temperature, our tallow products are best used within 6 months of purchase.

Please note that we cannot ship tallow products during warmer months due to a relatively low melting point of tallow.
